Starting Over

I enjoyed Blogging long ago. It was my way of keeping up with people and being accessible to family and friends. Like many I learned that those who are not your friends will and can take your Blog and use it for their own purposes. It was sad and really helped push my sadness of the past few years. I dislike MySpace and Facebook annoys me and is even less attractive because friends comments are less controllable. Still, I feel like the rain might be lifting a bit. I hope the storms clouds are parting. So I am a bit wiser and I hope have learned to balance what I want to do keeping family informed with the posting of things that can be moved out of context or just downright manipulated for others agendas.

So that will be the last comment on the past, because this post and Blog is about moving forward. I want to be able to post pictures for my friends and family to share what I am doing. I want to be able to have them keep up with me easily. So today I will Start Over and see where life takes me now. The picture here is of Rex. He really is just a good pet. He stopped really hunting rabbits for Dad and now follows at his feet. So he doesn't get to go hunting. That is OK. I let him out when the two knuckleheads, Spike and Tru are gone. This was us out behind Mike's house heading back toward the pasture. We had walked down the old sawmill road and turned back up one of the hollars.

Take care.

Barry
